Anna Krimerman
A space to meet what is difficult—and let it change.

I work with people when something feels held or blocked in them—emotionally, physically, or in life.

The work begins with the body, as it is felt in the moment, where awareness and change can begin to emerge.
  1:1 Sessions
In-Person Transformational
Anna’s sessions support people when something feels held, blocked, or difficult to move through—emotionally, physically, or in life. This can include experiences that are not fully understood, but are felt in the body or show up through repeating patterns or inner tension. In one-on-one sessions, attention is brought to what is experienced directly in the moment, especially what has been avoided or remains outside of awareness. Through sensing and perceiving what is present in the body, patterns and responses that have formed over time can begin to become visible. The work is both attentive and direct. It includes intensity as well as space, allowing what is difficult to be met without forcing it. In this way, a deeper capacity can develop—to stay with oneself, even in uncomfortable or unfamiliar inner states. From there, something can begin to shift. Not through pushing for change, but through a different way of relating to what is present. Over time, this can influence how a person understands themselves, their patterns, and how they move through their life.

What people come with
People come to this work when something feels difficult to carry or move through.
This can take different forms:
  • physical pain or discomfort
  • anxiety, tension, or overwhelm
  • grief or loss
  • repeating patterns in relationships
  • a sense of being stuck or unclear in life
Often, these experiences are not fully understood, but they are felt—in the body, in reactions, and in the way life is lived.
Pain & physical discomfort
Physical pain and discomfort are often not random.
They can be connected to patterns of tension, holding, or ways of responding that developed over time.
By bringing attention to how these are experienced in the body, it becomes possible to relate to them differently and allow change to begin from within.

Anxiety & overwhelm
Anxiety can show up as tension, restlessness, or a sense of being overwhelmed.
It is often linked to patterns of holding and responding that have become automatic.
Rather than fighting or suppressing it, the work allows you to meet what is happening more directly—through the body and experience—so that its intensity can begin to shift.
Grief & loss
Loss is part of life, but it is not always fully processed.
Grief can remain present in subtle or persistent ways, especially when there has not been space to meet it fully.
This work supports staying with what is felt, allowing grief to move and change over time, rather than remaining held or avoided.
Relationships
Difficulties in relationships often reflect patterns that are not only about the present moment.
Old responses, fears, and ways of relating can shape how we connect, communicate, and respond to others.
By working with what is felt in the body, it becomes possible to recognize these patterns and begin to respond in a more grounded and direct way.

Life transitions & uncertainty
Periods of change can bring confusion, self-doubt, or a sense of not knowing what to do next.
These moments often carry important signals about what is no longer aligned or what is asking to change.
Through this work, you can begin to stay with this uncertainty in a different way, allowing clarity and direction to emerge over time.
How this is approached
Rather than trying to fix or interpret these states, we begin with what is present.
Through attention to the body and what is experienced in the moment, what has been held, avoided, or repeated can begin to come into awareness.
This may include patterns shaped by past experiences, stress, or ways of coping that were once necessary but no longer support you.

What can change
As awareness develops, the way you relate to yourself and your experience can begin to shift.
This includes:
  • how you respond to pain or discomfort
  • how you meet fear, anxiety, or grief
  • how you relate to others
  • how you make decisions and move through life
Over time, a deeper capacity can develop—to stay with what is present, without being overwhelmed or needing to avoid it.
From there, what has been stuck can begin to move in a more natural way.
Working together
This work includes both conversation and direct experience, guided by what is appropriate in the moment.
It is suited for people who are willing to meet themselves honestly, even when what they encounter is not easy.

Life Coaching Session - Online

Guidance & Inspiration

These online sessions support working with what feels held, unclear, or difficult to move through—emotionally, physically, or in life.
They include both conversation and direct experience. Through the conversation, what is present can begin to take clearer form—what is felt, what may be avoided, and what is shaping your current experience.
This is followed by a guided body-based exploration, adapted to what is available in the moment. Even in an online setting, attention to the body can bring awareness to patterns, responses, and inner dynamics that are not always accessible through thinking alone.
From there, something can begin to shift—not by forcing change, but through a different way of relating to what is present. This can influence how you perceive yourself, your situation, and the possibilities available to you.

About

Anna has worked with people for over 23 years, supporting them in meeting what feels held, blocked, or difficult to move through—emotionally, physically, or in life.
Her work has been shaped by extensive training in the Grinberg Method® (18 years), where she became a group facilitator, as well as by ongoing exploration in constellation work, energy work, and past life regression therapy.
Over time, these influences have come together into a way of working that focuses on what happens when attention is brought directly to what is experienced in the body—especially what has been avoided, repeated, or not yet fully met. From there, shifts can begin to emerge in how a person relates to themselves and their life, and in their capacity to stay with what is present.
Alongside structured training, her work has developed through direct experience with people in individual and group settings, where she brings a clear, attentive, and embodied presence.
