Inviting change- knocking on your protective doors
Every change you long for, asks you to expand from your "normal" ways of relating to life and yourself. In this process of bringing change, we are bound to meet the parts, aspects, and feelings in ourselves we had to keep safe in the past. We did that mostly by hiding them, putting them away, and trying to pretend they are not there.
In this training, you will be guided to identify them and invite them to "come out". Often times the "way in" is the way out: you will be guided to find the ability and trust in being able to feel whatever was difficult to face in the past so that you can now gain back all of yourself; Being fuller and whole without needing to hide or cut away parts of yourself. This will enable you to maintain the longed-for presence and satisfy your need for change.
