Want to be content? Lets be resentment free

This training challenges you to release resentment. Doing so will heal old hurts, release old fears and gain contentment, joy, and the space to express it.

Resentment is sometimes a valid opinion, a way to feel empowered. Still, it traps you and binds you to destructiveness and old experiences of helplessness and even humiliation.

 

It is the base for a one-week-long challenge. This training also entails the instructions for a weekly long challenge: 10 min daily, to shift completely any resentment you carry towards yourself or others.
