In this mediation, you will be guided to expand within yourself, ground yourself in who you are, and feel how life holds you.
By being able to cultivate this experience you will be able to heal the lack of not being held as a child, or not being seen.
And then you will be asked to step into being the holder yourself: being able to expand, and make space for the pain and hurt of others, you will be able to experience and bring more love, trust, and connectivity into your life.
For this training, you will need a comfortable place to sit and a cushion
