No need to hide under your bad mood anymore
Bad moods are often the unconscious effort to distance ourselves from something we are afraid will be overwhelming and too much for us. They are frozen moments in time where we were trying to free ourselves but may have felt helpless. We fall into them unknowingly…but once we start notice them and learn how they are held in us, we will be able to notice the structures they trap us in and the inner choices we can make to let them go and feel more capable and ready.
In this training you will be guided to identify the structure of your bad mood and how it is holding you in a state of stress and fear of helplessness. With that clarity, you will learn how to create a clear moving-away and a distance from that bad-mood structure. With that shift you will be able to free the clarity of what you feel, fear and need and maintain it with inner freedom, trust and space.
